Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We offer free delivery on orders above GH¢500.
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also check your order status anytime in your account dashboard under "My Orders".
We accept Paystack payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money). Cash on delivery is also available for selected locations.

Yes, cash on delivery is available for select locations within Accra and major regional capitals. You can select this option at checkout if it's available for your address.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
