Exact delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will see the total fee before confirming your order.
For customers within Kumasi, we offer zone-based delivery with specific pricing by area:

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Customized items (e.g., personalized jerseys) may require an additional 2–3 business days for production before dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also monitor your order status anytime from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
We currently deliver to all 16 regions of Ghana. If your address falls outside our standard delivery zones, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
