Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
• Intimate apparel and swimwear
• Personal care items (perfumes, cosmetics) if opened
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Digital download products
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspection & Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days. If the return meets our policy conditions, we will approve the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@alphaquicksales.com or call 0595 856 820. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
